GOTV - Get Out The Vote! 2020 Elections

Turn Out Voters in the 46th and Beyond - Phonebank with us Every Monday evening!

We are now just weeks away from November 3rd, 2020 - General Election Day.

Importantly in Washington, ballots are scheduled to be mailed out on October 14th. Here in the 46th Legislative District, maximizing turnout is the key to bringing progressive change to our state. Whether it’s returning our excellent delegation in the legislature or bringing decisive vote totals for statewide offices and initiatives, what happens in the 46th District is crucial.

Every vote is vital, and from now until Election Day, every day is important. We want to help all who are willing to put the work in to find a way to participate in our GOTV efforts to bring change to our country. We need to be seen and heard!

So Be Heard! Because of the on-going COVID-19 outbreak, we cannot safely conduct voter outreach through in-person canvassing.  We are pivoting our voter outreach to the telephone, and we are conducting phonebanks to reach as many voters as possible. We’ll be able to talk with more voters this way, while keeping our community safe.

So while our Precinct Committee Officers and other precinct volunteers will be calling their precincts as ballots arrive in mailboxes, in an effort to maximize turnout, we are also teaming up with the Washington State Democratic Coordinated Campaign for a weekly phonebank from now to the election every Monday. We will be hosting a concurrent Zoom for training, real-time help, and to foster community and companionship among our local activists. Below are the registration links for both the upcoming Zoom and phonebank. You will need to register for the phonebank, but we'll email you the night before with the Zoom link.

We hope you can join us on Monday nights:

In Solidarity,

Get Out The Vote Team,

46th District Democrats
