The Effective Meetings Committee has again decided that it is impractical for the district to hold a set in-person meeting location for our membership meetings this month. In addition to the reasons outlined last month - limited location options and the toll on volunteer resources - the meetings this month present additional challenges because of the increased attendance expected during these meetings and the unknown number of people who would utilize an in-person location - making booking and assigning volunteers even more difficult. Therefore, the meetings for the month of May will continue to be Zoom-only. Thank you for your understanding. 🔵 RENEW MEMBERSHIP FOR 2023:

Memberships expire on January 31 in accordance with our Standing Rules. To be eligible to vote, new members must pay dues or be granted a dues waiver 21 days in advance of the meeting. However, if you were a member the prior year, you will be eligible to vote 1 day after you renew your dues or receive a dues wavier. Refer to the Bylaws and Standing Rules for more information.
