Here are the Proposed Amendments to Section 10.7 of the Bylaws and Section 7 of the Standing Rules, to be voted on at the October 15th District meeting.
The proposed changes were provided to the membership on September 16, as part of the Financial Review Committee’s Summary Report. The proposed rule changes were then described at the September 17 Regular Membership meeting and members were invited to comment via email or at the next scheduled committee meeting. The Bylaws & Rules Committee then held that meeting on September 30, to discuss the proposed amendments, which resulted in further refinement of the language.
Members who wish to propose changes to the linked proposed amendments are encouraged to do so in advance of the October 15 Regular Membership Meeting, by emailing a written amendment to [email protected]. Amendments proposed, either before or during the October meeting, must be provided in writing, and must clearly identify the section(s) to be amended.
