Special Time: 5:45pm - November 2021 Meeting Tonight! 11/17/21

Reminder - November Meeting Wednesday 11/17

Special Time!  5:45pm

Our November meeting is intentionally scheduled to be a short, crisp one hour with a hard stop at 6:45pm, so that members can join the Environment and Climate Caucus for a program on the environmental benefits of installing heat pumps.

Keep in mind, we do not customarily have a November meeting - we usually have an in-person festive fundraiser.  We will be back with Whine and Cheezy Excuses in 2022!

7:00pm - Environment and Climate Change Program

Hosted by Third Place Commons

Electric heat pumps have become a popular way to heat our homes, even homes with existing gas and oil heating systems. They are efficient, don’t produce carbon emissions, and provide the additional benefit of air conditioning in hot weather. Daniel Poppe of Spark Northwest, a local clean energy non-profit, will explain how they work and installation considerations.

This event will be held via a separate Zoom
