Call to Meeting – May 15 Membership & Endorsement Meeting
Hello 45th District Democrats –
It's Endorsements Season! By Friday, May 9, we will know who will be on the August ballot, and six days later, we need YOU to help us decide who will get the 46th District Democrats Endorsement, at our May 15 Membership & Endorsement Meeting.
Endorsed candidates will be featured on the GOTV fliers that our PCOs and volunteers will take to voters' doors!
Please read this entire message below! It contains links to materials you'll need to be ready for our endorsement meeting on Thursday, May 15, starting at 7 pm on Zoom.

Register for the Endorsement Meeting here
- We will open the Zoom line at 6:30pm to get everyone credentialed. The meeting will begin promptly at 7pm.

The Candidate Questionnaires are here
- Each candidate was asked to complete the King County Democrats Questionnaire by May 10, to be considered for endorsement. Questionnaires will be added to the folder linked above, as they come in, so check back often.
Meeting Participation:
- To request an accommodation, please follow the steps outlined on the 46th Dems Accommodations Request Process. Forty-eight hours notice is appreciated.
- Eligible voters will receive a voting code (for balloted votes only), at the email address provided for their 46th District Democrats membership, the night before the scheduled meeting. For questions regarding voting codes, please email Effective Meetings Chair, Nathan Antonio, at [email protected]
Review Membership Status:
- Memberships expire on January 31 of each year, in accordance with our Standing Rules.
- Visit https://www.46dems.org/become_a_member to renew your membership, or purchase a new one.
- New members will have their memberships become active 21 days after paying dues (or being granted a dues waiver).
- 2024 members have until 7pm on Wednesday, May 14 to renew your dues and become eligible to vote at the May 15 Endorsement Meeting.

Pursuant to rule 4.e. of the Standing Endorsement Rules, the Executive Board is advancing a slate of candidates eligible for endorsement in races where no other candidate is eligible for the 46th's endorsement.*
